Shipping and Delivery Policy

Orbiflow is an online software service. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there is no shipping, no delivery address and no delivery charge.

How you receive the service

• Free trial: your account is ready as soon as you sign up.
• Paid plans: plan features switch on as soon as your payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes.
• Wallet top-ups: the amount is added to your wallet once the payment succeeds, normally within a few minutes.

If something is delayed

If your payment went through but your plan or wallet balance has not updated after 30 minutes, email connect@navantra.in with the payment details. We will fix it, or refund you under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Receipts

Receipts for every payment are available in your account under Billing, in the Receipts tab.
