By creating an account or using Orbiflow, you agree to these terms.

The service

Orbiflow is a multi-tenant platform that lets businesses connect a WhatsApp Business number and manage conversations, templates, campaigns, contacts and automated flows.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your credentials secure and be responsible for activity under your account.
• Only message people who have opted in, and honour opt-out requests.
• Comply with the WhatsApp Business Terms, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta Platform Terms, and all applicable laws.
• Do not send spam, unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, or misuse the platform.

Fees

Messaging is billed from your prepaid wallet at the rates shown in your account, plus any Meta conversation charges passed through. Refunds and cancellations are covered in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or of Meta's policies, or where required to protect the platform or other users.

Availability and liability

The service depends on third-party platforms, including Meta, and is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
